They gave back a clean laptop. Smart Fix got rid of all viruses. Also made a back up disk for me in case it happens again. They cleaned it up and then gave me some good instructions on how not to get any viruses again. So far I've been able to keep my laptop safe through their guidance. They're so nice and they're so reasonably priced it's the best place!
